Lloyd L. Giese, 88 of Helenville, passed away at his home on June 7, 2017.

Lloyd was born on May 17, 1929 in Hebron, WI, the son of Louis and Venice (Kuhn) Giese.  On June 9, 1956, he married Judith Schelm at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church of Rome.  He farmed and owned Giese Auto Salvage for 40 years. 

He is survived by: his Wife Judith of Helenville; Daughters Cynthia Giese of Fort Atkinson and Pamela (Jeremy Disley) Giese of Durham, UK; Granddaughter Ninlil Ivanov; and Great-Grandson Volk Ivanov.  He is also survived by a number of other relatives and friends.

Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents, and Brothers Marvin and William.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke’s Lutheran Church of Rome or Rainbow Hospice.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, June 12, 2017 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church of Rome with Rev. Michael Mannisto presiding.  Visitation will be on Monday from 10:00AM until the time service at the church.  Burial will follow the service at Hebron Cemetery.
