Tramesha Smith Obituary

Tramesha S. “Mesha” Smith, 31 of Watertown, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 8, 2022, at her home in Watertown.

Mesha was born September 15, 1990, in Palatka, FL, the daughter of Leon and Sarah (Kiser) Smith. She attended Pebblebrook High School in Mableton, GA. While in high school, she played several sports including basketball, volleyball, and track, and was also crowned Homecoming Queen. She later married DeAndre Lawrence in Atlanta, GA. Mesha was a bubbly person who never met a stranger. She had a talent for walking into a room full of people she never met and leaving with a bunch of new friends. Mesha was kind and always ready to help those in need, no matter the situation. She was a very spiritual person, and her favorite color was purple. Above all else, Mesha loved her children and her family, and her kind spirit will be deeply missed.

Mesha is survived by: her mother Sarah (Rob) Fredrich of Watertown; father Leon (Terri) Smith of Kennesaw, GA; husband DeAndre Lawrence of Detroit, MI, son Dantee Levi Lawrence; son Terrance Bernard Young Jr. and daughter Maria Mercedes Smith, their father Terrance Young, his mother Geneva Young and the children’s aunt Princess Young of Mableton, GA; siblings Tramel Kiser of Orlando, FL, and Tramaine Johnson of Century, FL; stepsister Nia Fredrich; stepbrother Jaxon Fredrich; and step grandparents Jim and Carol Fredrich. Mesha is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Mesha is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
