Obituary
Thomas P. Green, 59 of Jefferson, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Rainbow Hospice Inpatient Center of Johnson Creek.
Thom was born April 16, 1963, in Aurora, IL, the son of James and Jane (Reynolds) Green. He earned a degree in finance and went on to work as a cooperate event planner in the Chicago area for various sporting venues. Thom had a great sense of humor and had a laugh that could light up a room. He never met a stranger, and any friend he made was a friend for life. Thom loved life and fought to stay with his family for as long as he could. He was a wonderful son, brother, and friend, and he will be dearly missed by those he leaves behind.
Thom is survived by: his mother Jane McDermott of Deland, FL; siblings Jon (Laurie) Green of Cambridge, Jeff Green of Helenville, Michael (Lynn) Green of Naples, FL; nephews Gunner Green and Gaston Green; and nieces Heather Green and Jade Green. Thom is also survived by a number of other relatives and friends.
Thom is preceded in death by his father and other relatives.
