Roy J. Hagemeister, Sr., 71 of Cambridge, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at his home.
He was born on December 13, 1951 in Monroe, WI, the son for William and Ruby (Pautsch) Hagemeister. Roy grew up in Southern Wisconsin but spent time in Illinois and Kentucky. After school, he joined the US Army and was married. Roy loved to fish local lakes and rivers and was a collector of all things. Roy loved his family and his cats dearly. He will be missed.
Roy is survived by: his children Samantha (Scott) Williams of Moss Point, MS, Roy Hagemeister, Jr. of Cold Spring, Caroline Lee Warner of Fort Atkinson, Christine D. Krugman of Bath, NY, and Kayla Warner of Madison; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and his sister. He is also survived by a number of other family members and friends.
Roy is preceded in death by his parents and 3 siblings.
