Rocky M. Couillard

Born November 22, 1947. Passed away June 25, 2024, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer.

Loving husband of Jan (Siehndel). Cherished father of Kim (Gene) Mengel, Jason (Traci) Couillard, Mike (Brittany) Costa, Heather (Ryan) Roskres, and Krista Siehndel.

He is survived by 16 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren. Also survived by siblings Rod Couillard, Ardis Persteiner, and many family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Dorwin and Beatrice, siblings, Ione (Joe) Koscielniak, Vonnie (Charles) Creaser, Merle (James) Rossman, Roberta Couillard, Vernon Persteiner, son Steve Siehndel, and granddaughter Amanda Mengel.

Rocky enjoyed his love for baseball and coached the RTE softball leagues. He also ran the RTE Winter Fishing Jamboree. He instilled his love for hunting and fishing in his sons, grandsons, and son-in-laws.

Our family would like to thank Alden Estates and Rainbow Hospice for their care of Rocky.

A memorial service will begin at 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Hi-Way Harry's of Johnson Creek with a reception and luncheon to follow until 4:00 PM.
