Mark S. Cincotta, 62 of Sullivan, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022, at Select Specialty Hospital of West Allis.
Mark was born April 20, 1959, in West Allis, WI, the son of Thomas and Joan (Goronja) Cincotta. He married Jodi Baerwolf on March 19, 1994, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Arlington, WI. Mark was a 1977 graduate of West Allis Central High School and received a bachelor’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University. He worked many years in sales in the print industry, most recently at M.A.S. Industries. In his free time, Mark enjoyed keeping fit and the outdoors, specifically biking, hiking, and boating at the sandbars on Lake Wisconsin. He was a huge sports fan and appreciated hot weather and music and sang in the St. Luke’s church choir. Mark had a dry sense of humor and was known for his ‘dad jokes’. Above all else, Mark’s true passion was his family, especially his sons. He loved to watch them participate in anything they did and cheered them on, win or lose. Mark was a fatherly figure to many of his sons’ friends, and an all-around positive influence on all that knew him. He never met a stranger, and his easy going and talkative nature earned him many friends. Mark was loved dearly by his family and those who knew him. Although Mark is gone, his legacy lives on through his three cherished sons.
He is survived by: his mother Joan Cincotta of West Allis; wife Jodi Cincotta of Sullivan; sons Vinny Cincotta of Milwaukee, Jack Cincotta of Sullivan, Sam Cincotta of Milwaukee; siblings Kathii Naramore of Oconomowoc, Karen Sosa of Milwaukee, Linda (Jim) Crespo of West Allis, Mike (Jenni) Cincotta of Franklin, Lisa (Barry) Griger of West Allis, Tim (Cheryl) Cincotta of West Allis; mother-in-law Beverly (John) Baerwolf-Pickle of Lodi; sister-in-law Connie (Tim) Boender of Lincoln, NE and brother-in-law Reed (Monika) Baerwolf of Eddyville, KY. Mark is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mark is preceded in death by his father and his father-in-law Gene Baerwolf, and brother-in-law Rich Naramore.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church of Rome with Rev. Marilyn Lange presiding. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00PM – 8:00PM at the church and on Wednesday from 10:00AM until the time of service also at the church.
