Judy K. Wishowski, 84 of Johnson Creek, WI, passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025, at Sunset Ridge Memory Care in Johnson Creek.
Judy was born on February 24, 1941, in Watertown, WI, the daughter of Clarence and Myrtle (Winkelman) Hartwig.  She graduated from Johnson Creek High School in 1959 and married Roland “Duke” Wishowski on August 8, 1959.  The couple enjoyed 65 years of marriage and had 3 children.  Judy worked as a Manager of the Gobbler Supper Club and later in life she was employed at The Boston Store selling Estee Lauder Cosmetics for many years, retiring in 2003.  Judy was a very talented salesperson and sold cosmetic products in a winning fashion, even outselling other company representatives in major cities!  Judy and Duke enjoyed going out together for dinner and drinks, with Judy often eating her dessert first.  She always looked her best – hair done, nails painted and makeup perfect, of course.  She loved flower gardening, hated rabbits, and had a deep appreciation for giraffes.  Judy was a talented baker and made the very best stove-top popcorn and cherry pie torte.  She was an avid fan of the Brewers, Packers and Badgers closely watching in recent years; reviewing her family picture albums often and reminiscing on good times past and her dear family.  Judy will be remembered for her generosity, quick wit, notable sayings, strong opinions, and her deep love for her family.
She is survived by: her husband “Duke” Wiskowski of Johnson Creek; children Mike (Dianna) Wishowski of Janesville, Patrick Wishowski of Mesa, AZ, and William ( Allison) Wishowski of Fairplay, CO; 4 grandchildren Kelsey (Brano), Kendra (Casey), Michael Duke, and Lindsay; 2 great-grandchildren Elodie and Carter; 4 siblings Faye Storniolo of Sarasota, FL, Bill Hartwig of Johnson Creek, Kurt Hartwig of Cape Coral, FL, and Jeff (Marina) Hartwig of New Castle, IN.  Judy is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers Clarence Hartwig, Jr. and Clyde Hartwig.
A celebration of Judy’s life will be held at a later date on Saturday, July 19th from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at the Johnson Creek Community Center, Johnson Creek, WI.
