Joshua M. Brady, 31 of Jefferson, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at his home.

Josh was born July 29, 1989 in Woodstock, IL, the son of Charles and Dianne (Foutch) Brady.  He grew up in Fond du Lac, WI and went to school in the area.  After school, Josh worked with Louie’s Fun and Games, a traveling carnival, where he was able to see the country.  In 2011, he began working at Highway Harry’s in Johnson Creek as a Chef.  He most recently worked in the kitchen at Towne Inn of Jefferson.  He met his fiancé Barb Sosa in 2011 while at Highway Harry’s and the couple have been inseparable since.  Josh was a wonderful father and “papa” to her kids and was loved dearly by the Sosa family.  Josh appreciated spending time with his family, teaching the kids to grill, and cooking for everyone.  He loved listening to Irish music, getting cartoon tattoos, and had a passion for food.  He was a man who treasured his family and friends and he will be not be forgotten.

Josh is survived by: his maternal grandparents Dennis and Carroll Foutch; parents Charles Brady and Dianne Foutch; fiancé Barb Sosa; siblings Bobbie (Steve) Peterson, Charlie (Scarlet) Brady, Kenny Brady, Tim Brady, Chis Brady, Dennis Brady, and Paul Brady; children Elizabeth Sosa, Carmen (Eddy) Garcia, and MJ (Lizbet) Sosa; and 11 grandchildren.  He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Josh is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents.

A celebration of Josh’s life will be held in the spring of 2021.
