James Kenneth Sault (52) of Jefferson Wisconsin, born on December 8, 1970, sadly passed away on October 13, 2023 following health complications. He is survived by his long-term partner Sheri Lynn Steventon, his daughter Amelia Sault, his father James David Sault, and his sisters Tambi Sault, Traci Ohberg, Tori Crouse, and Julie Sault.
James was an accomplished car and motorcycle racer and won six races at the Jefferson Speedway in the elite model division. He was also a holder of an AMA Super Bike License. He loved racing dirt bikes in nearby Aztalan and was a mentor to many up-and-coming dirt biker racers. James was an expert stone mason and had a hand in building countless brick and stone buildings and structures in the area. Beyond that, James was a man of many talents and interests and was skilled in building and design/engineering. He enjoyed fishing, singing, and spending time in nature.
He was preceded in death by his mother C. Christine Harris, grandparents Anna M. Winters and Kenneth and Mildred Sault.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at the Bark River Campground Pavilion from 10:00AM-4:00PM with a memorial service at 1:00PM. Please join the family and friends for a potluck meal following the memorial service.
