J. Gabe Shedd

J. Gabriel “Gabe” Shedd, 36 of Fort Atkinson, WI (formerly of Seneca, SC) passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 21, 2021 at his home.

Gabe was born on December 8, 1984 in Seneca, SC, the son of John “Ricky” Shedd and Pamela (Boggs) Shedd.  Gabe grew up in the Seneca area and graduated from West-Oak High School in Westminster and went on to attend the Brooks Institute of Photography in Ventura, CA, where he learned the ins and outs of movie and television production.  Gabe loved everything related to movies – watching them, critiquing them, and thinking about them.  He also had a passion for music and his interests ranged from the Beatles to Flogging Molly. Gabe worked at eBay for 4 years as an inventory manager, work that he loved and did well.  He also embraced the title of “computer geek”.  He was loved dearly by his family and referred to his mom as his hero.  Gabe’s memory will be cherished and not forgotten.

He is survived by: his parents Pam Robinson and Ricky Shedd; brother Brandon Robinson; uncle John Boggs (Anna); aunts Teresa Boggs Pruitt (Steve) and Debbie Norton; girlfriend Nicole Vaughn; and beloved cats Rasta and Kitty.  Gabe is also survived by a number of other family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by numerous members of his extended family.

A celebration of Gabe’s life will be held at a later date.
