Geraldine L. Finger

Geraldine L. Finger, 69 of Watertown, passed way on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Marquardt Village of Watertown.

Geraldine was born on December 31, 1950 in Sandusky, OH, the daughter of Willard and Mabel (Harrison) Montaque.  She graduated from Lincoln Park High School in Lincoln Park, MI in 1970.  On May 10, 1975, she married Eldon Finger in Hinkley, MN.  The couple had a son, Jeffrey in 1976.  Geraldine loved jewelry, watching Hallmark movies, appreciated antiques, and attending craft shows.  Her Christian faith was of utmost importance and she loved demonstrating it through her home décor.  Above all other interests, her granddaughter Mackenzie was her pride and joy.  Geraldine was so thankful for her and cherished time spent together.

She is survived by: her husband Eldon Finger of Watertown; son Jeffrey (Kristi) Finger of Watertown; granddaughter Mackenzie Ruth Finger of Watertown; siblings Lois (Ron) Smith, Willard Jr. “Linny” Montaque, and Carol (Allen) Poole.  Geraldine is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00PM on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Calvary Baptist Church of Watertown with the Rev. Dr. Robert J. Loggans presiding.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 10:00AM until the time of service at the church.  Geraldine will be buried at Oak Hill Cemetery following the funeral service.
