Allen D. Fadroski Obituary
Allen D. Fadroski, 72 of Jefferson, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at his home.
Al was born on January 21, 1952, in Daggett, MI, one of Alex and Veronica (Sharpitis) Fadroski ten children. He grew up in Michigan and graduated from Carney-Nadeau High School. He served his country in the US Army from 1970 to 1980 and married Mary “Sue” Vesper on January 1,1988 in Jefferson, WI. Al was employed as a machinist at Spacesaver Corp. in Fort Atkinson for 25 plus years, retiring in 2012. Despite his gruff look, Al was a social butterfly and enjoyed drinking beer with his buddies and attending events. He had a deep appreciation for old cars and trucks, working on them often, and could identify the year, make, and model of any vehicle from the 1980’s back. He was a very hard worker, tinkered constantly, and could fix anything – even if it wasn’t broken! His family and friends appreciated his generosity and willingness to help. He will be missed.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Fadroski of Jefferson, children Chelsey Fadroski of Jefferson, Brenda (Sam) Strese of Sullivan, Bradley (Kelli) Strese of Jefferson, and Sean (Tanya) Strese of Lexington, SC; grandchildren Mariah (Joey), Katrina (Beau), Stephanie, Weston, Justin, Dylan, Carson, and Caleb; great-grandchildren Sophia, Seth, Sarah, and Hudson; and his siblings Richard Fadroski of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Rudy (Mary Ann) Fadroski of Fort Atkinson, Tim Fadroski of Daggett, MI, Shirley Tinsely and Carol Oglesby both of Willis Point, TX, and Warren Fadroski of Henderson, NV. Al is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Greg (2009), and siblings Alex Jr. Fadroski, Dennis Fadroski, and Alison Delliss.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00PM on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at the Olsen-Gibson Funeral Home with Chaplain Steve Steele of Rainbow Community Care presiding. ation will be on Saturday from 10:00AM until the time of service and there will be a military honor at 12:30PM, both at the funeral home.
