Ronald W. Heussner, 60 of Helenville, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Rainbow Hospice Inpatient Center of Johnson Creek.

Ronny was born on March 22, 1957 in Joliet, IL, the son of William and Antoinette (Mathers) Heussner.  He is a graduate of Jefferson High School and on March 29, 1980 he married Joyce Schoenrock at home in Sullivan.  Ronny was a hard-worker and a “life of the party” kind of guy.  He was a generous man and would give you the shirt off his back and the beer from his fridge.  He was a bear of a man, and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by: his Wife Joyce Heussner; Children Tracy Anderson of Johnson Creek, Troy Anderson of Helenville, and Tony (Holly) Heussner of Fond du Lac; Granddaughter Jenna Backhaus; Siblings Danny (Joyce) Heussner of Janesville, Carol Wright of Jefferson, Bob Heussner of Fort Atkinson, Betty (Dave) Waldman of Lake Mills, and Sister-in-Law Priscilla Heussner of Fort Atkinson. 

Ronny is preceded in death by his parents, Sister Joan Carlson, and Brothers John and Carl Heussner.

The family would like to express a sincere thank you to the staff of Rainbow Hospice for the loving care provided.

A celebration of Ronny’s life will be held on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the American Legion Post 166 of Fort Atkinson from 1:00PM – 5:00PM.
